Poster presentation

Submission deadline: April 7th, 2021 

Poster presenters will be asked to submit a PDF file, which will be displayed on the website. During the conference, you may be contacted by attendees for an online poster presentation. Some posters will be selected for poster talks during the conference.

Please name your poster in the following format: Smith_John_short_poster_title.pdf

How will the Poster Session be organized?

Your poster will be displayed on our website for the whole duration of the meeting.

The link to the live poster talk session will be found on the website. Session 1 for posters 1 - 20 will be held on Monday, April 12, 2021, and Session 2 for posters 21 - 40 on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. Both sessions start at 18:45 (CET).


Each presenter will get an individual room assigned from where the talk can be live-streamed. Once your poster has been accepted, you will be assigned a poster number and session to join.
